Payment Policy
To confirm your booking, 100% of the payment due is required. Your card will be charged within 24 hours of your reservation and confirmation sent to you.
Bartercard may be available on request. Please contact us directly for details.
Please note, there is a 2% surcharge on all credit card transactions when making a booking.
Cancellation Policy
1. Receipt of a deposit confirms dates, number of nights and number of guests. If the numbers are reduced from the original booking the original tariff remains.
2. Peak Season reservations- deposits/payments are non refundable.
3. Non peak season reservations- deposits/payments are non refundable if a booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
4. Weekends between the months of November and May (excluding Peak Season)- deposits/payments are non refundable if a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
5. Any refunds relating to cancelled reservation will be less 20.00 administration fee per unit/site.
6. A no-show is considered a cancelled reservation. Deposits/payments are non refundable for no shows.
Child Policy
Child is 1-12 year old
Baby is 0-1 year old and is free of charge
Swimming Pool
All children under the age of 14 must be supervised by a legal guardian.
All children under 3yrs must wear swim nappies.
Other
All visitors must report to reception upon arrival and are welcome until 10pm.
Pets by arrangement only.
